Our mugs are printed in Australia through The Print Bar’s local production network, including Brisbane / Meanjin and Melbourne / Naarm — so you’re not being sent off to an overseas marketplace.

No — our personalised mugs are photo-based. We use the photo you provide on the mug design, but we don’t create custom pet portraits or illustrations.
Yes. The Dog Did It designs are created in Australia for Australian dog lovers.
We currently sell to Australian customers only. Orders are shipped via Australia Post in plain, eco-friendly packaging.
Once your mug has been printed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking details from AusPost.
Express Post is usually the fastest option and may arrive overnight to eligible areas, while regular post delivery times will depend on your location.
We recommend hand washing all mugs in warm, soapy water to help protect the print.
Dishwashing may cause fading over time.
